Ecography Tomorrow

Hello, Im having an ecography tomorrow (privately) and wanted to find out what to expect to see. I dont want to get any hopes up, last period started around 22nd March...am I expecting to see a baby yet?

Went today for this, just to update, they didnt see anything apart from the sac. Doctor said might be too early. I thing I fell pregnant beginning of April (latest) so....not sure if too early? Worried sick Sad
