Braxton hicks at 20 weeks?

Third pregnancy, last one I did have a lot of braxton hicks, including one bout which I was convinced was early labour, but I can't remember when they started.

I'm feeling slightly ouchy braxton hicks now, just turned 20 weeks. Is this normal for a third pregnancy? I won't see the midwife again for a month, but I do have an anomaly scan next week and am seeing consultant (had SVTs in last pregnancy, but normal cardiology) in a couple of weeks. So could ask then. I know UTIs can cause contractions, but I don't think I have one.

Apparently everyone has BHs from about 15 weeks and the only difference is that some people notice them and some don't. I know this because I was definitely feeling mine from around 18 weeks with DS1 (1st pregnancy) and this is what my midwife told me. I was also told that if they became regular then to get in touch with the Day Obstetric Unit straight away as it could be a sign of a DUI.

HTH but if you're worried then get in touch with your midwife.

Same here, I'm 16+5 with my third and started feeling Braxton hicks last week!
