31 weeks pregnant with sharp pains?

Hi All, I'm 31 weeks pregnant and am having really bad sharp pains in my vagina and bum. Also been having a lot of pressure pains in those areas and my pelvis, hips and lower back. Just wondering what it could be and if it's normal?
Also this is my first baby. I have had a miscarrage at 8 weeks 18 months ago.

I'm 35 weeks today and have been having what sounds like a similar thing for a couple of weeks now. I actually thought it might be the start of labour last week as the sharp pains came along with lower back period-type cramping and rhythmical pains across my upper abdomen. I phoned MAU and they said most likely just the pressure of the baby's head getting lower .

Hi, I'm 34 weeks with my 3rd baby & I'm getting this sharp pains in my bits too, think it's just wriggly baby getting lower too but it's very ouchy !!!!! Like a lightbulb being twisted is how i describe it ! Sometimes I shout out ooh & scare whoever is near me , can't help it
