V sore vulva

Sorry if TMI but I woke up this morning with an incredibly sore vulva. It's quite red and really hurts when I wipe after weeing. One patch is so sore that it bled earlier when I wiped. I don't think it can be thrush because it hasn't been itching? Any ideas? I'm 25+1.

Don't know if mean vulva? I mean the skin on the inside rather than what can be seen from outside...

Sounds like some kind of mild infection or allergy. I sometimes get them irrespective of pregnancy. Visit your GP or MW they might be able to prescribe a cream.

Natural yoghurt can also be soothing!

Thank you. I've just put loads of Canestan on just to sooth it and thought perhaps it may be linked to the lavender soap I've been using. Will see my GP if it continues then.
