I have really bad wind and cramping! I've had it for about 3-4 weeks? My belly feels so so bubbly but I can't go to the toilet very often. I find that when I do have trapped wind or need a wee that my cramps kick up more and I think it's because the muscles and ligaments that support the uterus are stretching/moving which can be more uncomfortable when you have wind? I don't know about you but I tense more when I need a wee or have wind? I'm not an expert but i got really worried too and read up a lot about it lol I'm pretty sure that everything is fine though. I'm 10 weeks pregnant today. I've had no bleeding or pains so I'm telling myself there isn't anything to worry about. Try not to worry and stress about it cause you don't need that. If you can't stop stressing, contact your doctor and put your mind at rest :)

I had a lot of trapped wind pain in the 1st trimester, and mad fluctuations in bowel movements! Just got a lot of pain in general, 23 weeks now and baby is healthy.

If you're concerned go see a Gp, they might be able to give you something to ease it. Rene deflatine are meant to be good, but I've never got round to using them myself!

Hi Sunny, I have had the same experience as you and had a lot of tummy pain (along with wind!). After MC it's impossible to relax, but no bleeding is a really good sign. There are lots of ladies on the pregnant after miscarriage board who had similar as well - apparently the cramping is often your uterus expanding, although constipation and gas seem to play a big part too. I had cramps at four weeks, six weeks and then nothing for a little while, now seven and a half and got some more. I went to see my doctor and he was reassuring - probably worth you doing the same, they might send you for a scan which is reassuring too.

I'm 25 weeks and have suffered from cramps and wind all the way through.
