I'm 16 weeks pregnant and constantly vomiting over smells, the bin, bathroom cleaner, air freshner, my sons dirty nappies.

This is the 2nd time I've been sick today because of it and getting really fed up
and worried the baby wont get what it needs.
I've lost a couple of pounds, my last pregnacy i put on a stone by this point, I mean I don't want to gain lots of weight, but just worried about nutrition.

Anyone else been this bad? X

Yup. Couldn't stand the smell of the central heating at one point. Cat litter tray had me retching when I got in the front door (it's upstairs and reasonably clean but I was hugely hypersensitive). The fridge at work.... Ewww. All sorts. Lost so much weight that it took til 34 weeks to reach starting weight again. The little one will take what it needs from you. Eat what you can, try to make it healthy (easier said than done) and take antenatal vitamins. Even if you can only manage folate. The iron in the multivitamin can make you feel sick so worth swapping brands if you think it might be related to that. Hope it goes soon.

Yup. DH farts made me throw up Blush Lost 7kg, but baby is healthy. Just keep eating as best you can, and try to figure out if you've got a time of day you're least likely to throw up to take vitamins. Keep drinking lots of water.

Hope you feel better soon!

Been sick constantly through this pregnancy into 3rd trimester now! Baby is fine. They take what they need and just leave you feeling rotten but honestly don't worry about baby
