Breast lump advice

Hi,
I am 21wks and have just found a large red lump on one of my breasts. It is sore to the touch but not solid.
Could it be a blocked milk duct or something? Not sure if that can happen this early. My partner agrees that it looks similar to duct issues I have had when BF.
Has anyone else had this please? Thanks.

Thank you for replying, I am getting myself a bit worried to be honest.
Will see how it is in the morning and if it is still there will try to get a docs appointment.
Think I do need my mind put at rest, thanks again.

Get it checked out. I had a lump when I was bfing, but it was not necessarily related - I.e. Not a blocked duct or whatever, but harmless. I did have to have it drained, though. So it can't hurt to get it looked at.
