I only get them at night but there constant and keep getting a mild period pain every now and again with them. Is this normal, my tummy is so tight at the mo :( im 29+3wks and dont have my next mw appoint,ent till the 19th may x

You should contact your midwife.
If I remember correctly you're the one with renal issues. Contact them even if you just need to get checked out.
I've got renal disease stage 3 and currently pg with dc7.
Have had 2 premature labours.
