Cramps??

I think Im roughly anywhere between 5-8weeks pregnant and I am having constant cramps in my abdomen, this morning its got a bit stronger but not painful. I did have sex last night so could that be anything to do with the stronger cramps? and why am I cramping? how long will I have them for?

The cramps are normal and can get worse after sex so nothing to worry about. Mine at that stage were horrible at times, take a couple of paracetamol and put a warm hot water bottle on your belly.
