Coping with mornings

I am 6 weeks 3 rd baby. This week I am really struggling with the mornings and nausea / sickness. I have a demanding job and some days have to drop ds's at breakfast club. Just finished a 12 hour day today.
I feel so rough am wondering how to cope . I managed last 2 pg but more tired etc this time as I am 40.

Do you eat first thing ? Or drink ? If so what ? I can't face any food but feel worse if I don't. Any inspiration greatly received! Or shall I just get some meds from the Gp for the long days ?

I have been struggling with all day nausea but I am worse first thing in morning with an empty stomach, I'm having to eat every 2 hours during the day!
I've had crumpets most mornings. Even if I've felt awful I've forced them down because I know I feel better with something in my stomach. Just a glass of water to drink, can't face anything else.
Hopefully we feel better soon!
