The all day nausea has now had actual vomiting to the mix I cant go near a kitchen. No food is appealing and its pretty bloody horrible............ morning sickness my arse more like nausea all day with bouts of throwing up sickness.

My question is how the hell am I meant to hide this until im 12 weeks!?!?!?!?!

Try eating little and often, Its awful but having an empty stomach can make it worse.

Congratulations on your pregnancy.

I really feel for you as I suffered terribly up until around 24 weeks ish. have you tried the travel sickness bands? they really helped me and they didn't stop it completely but definately calmed it down a lot. I also used to sip loads of icy water in tiny sips and one of the only foods I could stomache was soggy shreddies with lots of sugar on.
If it gets really bad go to your doctor and ask for anti sickness tablets. They helped me a lot

I'm 14.5 weeks & still experiencing really bad all day nausea and vomiting. I'm a freelancer & can't work because of it as I'm sick & super tired all the time. I've tried the travel bands, eating lots of different things (little & often works best) but nothing stops the sickness. I'm now starting to get terrible headaches as well. Pregnancy is so much harder than I expected. I'm a bit scared of taking drugs from the to help but not sure I can carry on like this!

I had this and still do at 16 weeks which meant I told my manager really early on. If you can I would recommend it as it's any she knew why I was late most days and left a bit early and maybe wasn't quite as on the ball! If you're sick a lot try the lucozade isotonic drinks. My midwife recommended them and they help with energy levels.
