I have lost lots of weight this pregnancy and it's worrying me now. At first, for about the first 3/4 months I suffered with terrible nausea, gagging, heaving so hardly ate a thing all that time so I know I def lost weight then but I don't seem to have recovered from that weight wise. I'm now 35 weeks and even tho I have a huge bump, my legs and arms look so skinny!!! Anyone else lost weight?????

Yes! I am 29 weeks with twins and lost quite a bit in the fist 16 weeks. I have a massive bump but have lost weight elsewhere.

Are you eating ok? I am not really eating more than I would be if I wasn't pregnant (apart from a daily chocolate fix)

Mention it to your midwife or go if you are worried.

I've still not really got my appetite back 100%. I eat my meals but lot smaller portions than before pregnant. Also I used to be a real muncher of crisps, choc, biscuits etc, esp at night but since pregnant I don't touch any of that at night now!!!!!!

I weighed 7lbs less at 34 weeks than at my booking appt, even with a sizeable bump. MW wasn't concerned as I am fat anyway, are you normally overweight?
I'm 37 weeks now and don't feel like I've put on much weight since then either, I just don't have much of an appetite.

My MW said as long as you aren't consciously trying to limit food then it should be fine as the baby will be getting what it needs even if you aren't!
Just make sure you are eating plenty of fruit and veg and maybe top up with a pregnancy vitamin to make sure you are getting all the nutrients you need. Try to curb the junk so what you at eating is at least nutritious, I have been eating a lot of avocado, nuts, seeds, chicken breast, some cheese etc

Best of luck with your pregnancy.
