so my mum made beef burgers I didnt get in till later that day.. the burger was cold and I still ate it would it be ok?

Yes its OK to eat cooked, cooled meat. Less than 1 day old will be OK.

even when theres melted cheese inside the burger? just thought bacteria etc etc
