might sound daft but with legs apart leaning forward i assume for the best positioning?

Hi Camera,
I have my legs apart for balance, but I don't lean forward. Instead I use it to force me to sit up straight (for once!).
I also kneel on the floor and drap myself over it, either with my backside in the air, or on my heels. I find that's really good for backache.

I sat on it with my bump basically resting on the ball (legs apart..mmm attractive..!) !!
I also bounced gently. I think it doesn't really matter, as long as you are sat on it to allow baby to get into the correct position.
Some women find it comfortable to lean over it but I am to short and baby was to big for me to enjoy that position.

BTW it's an ideal seat for watching tv etc as it allows you to sit in the correct position.

kneeling upright with your hands clasped place them on the ball then roll as far as is comfortable for you, count to 10 then rool back.... try as many as you can and gradually build the reps... 3 times a week is good to start..xxxxx
