So thrilled to find out last week that I'm about 4 weeks pregnant. However, today at work I've had a persistent dull ache around my lower stomach and back. No spotting or bleeding. Just for info - this will be my second child, I'm overweight and 39Hmm

I had this at about 5 weeks till 10 weeks I reckon. The midwife told me it's all the ligaments around you uterus loosening and stretching (even though you don't look or feel like it is)

I too had miscarriage six months ago and just found out im 5 weeks pregnant. Ive been getting dull ache like period pain and twinges in my left ovary. Im hoping i get early scan to settle me. Its so hard to stay calm when you want something so much and have that constant fear. Im checking every half hour im not bleeding. Its to try and take a deep breath and think that it out of our control its mothernature and if its meant to be it will all be fine. Try and stay positive and congratulations abd good luck. Its nice to hear other people in same boat and your not alone xx

I'm 18 weeks 1 day today, and I've had a dull ache almost the whole time. Everything is going OK as of last Thursday!
