Any early signs of pregnancy?

Hiya, just wondered if anyone had any signs that they were pregnant before getting a positive result? I have been on the progesterone-only pill cos am breastfeeding dd (9mnth) and you only have a two hour window to take them in..a few times have been a bit late taking them and haven't had a period now for about six weeks, althogh before that my periods were all over the place and really light... went to see the GP on Tuesday as am feeling so tired and run down recently, and she suggested a pregnancy test, which I did. It was negative but am now convinced am pregnant anyway (barmy!) Didn't really get any symptoms with dd until about 2 months in, is there anything I can look out for?

Boobs ached from 8 days before I did a pg test and I kept bursting into tears (I get very emotional when I'm pg! Blast those hormones!)

Same as Petunia - My boobs hurt from about 1 week, i did a pg test on the friday after they were hurting and it was negative, but done another one the following Tuesday and it was positive. I have never had regular periods as i have endometriosis so i had nothing else to go by, but that will be my first warning sign if i get pg again!

sore boobs,wanting to pee all the time,and feeling like i wanted to cry one minute then kill everyone the next.i had about 5 negative tests (cos it was too early) but just somehow didnt believe them and kept buying more
