hot feet?

I have really hot sweaty feet. My hand also feel warmer but my feet are really bothering me. Does anyone have any remedies/fixes?

I'm suffering with the same...... my only remedy is to live in flip flops!

Oh my word this is me!!! I get up in the morning and my feet are red hot, sweaty! They are so hot I have to walk bare feet on the tiles for a bit to try and cool,them down!! Then up I have a cup of tea and my whole body is sweating then!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am literally barefoot and pregnant any chance i get as shoes (which at this point need to be flat and slip on because i can't bend) seem to be like saunas.

Snap ladies. My feet feel they are on fire especially through the night. I've been using a foot cooling spray I bought from Avon but am sure you can get it elsewhere. It doesn't take it away completely but it does help relieve it enough for me to fall asleep again (until the next time I need to get up to pee).

I'm. The same and cover them in peppermint cream n even got that bad I out toothpaste on my feet at night, amazing!!!
