What to wash?

Do you need to wash the fabric on the car seat and carrycot?
I've done all clothes and bedding but didn't know about those!

I didn't and DD was absolutely fine. removing the fabric on a car seat is usually a bit of a faff, so you'll probably not do it until/unless absolutely necessary.
