Headaches - anything to help?

20 weeks and for the past two weeks I've had a constant headache.
Been taking paracetamol and trying to stink plenty (still have lingering morning sickness though so possibly slightly dehydrated).
The paracetamol sometimes covers up the pain but it's soon back.
Do I need to be worried? Should I see the gp?
Thanks.

I saw thw GP about my headaches and loss of vision today. She had a look in my eyes, checked my urine, and checked my blood pressure. If its no better by Friday she advised me to go back. It may be nothing but its worth having it checked out Smile

Midwife checked my blood pressure at 16 weeks but I've not had my urine tested since booking in (7 weeks).
I'm pretty sure it's nothing, just a pregnancy thing but it's just getting me down now.
I've been sick everyday since 5/6 weeks and just when that's starting to look better, the headaches have started.
Sorry, just feeling a bit sorry for myself today!

I woke up with dreadful headaches all through my pregnancy. I just couldn't get enough water it seems as I was constantly dehydrated.
