Ok, 9 weeks pregnant with DC3 and my pelvic floor muscles are woeful, really struggle to hold myself if I'm desperate for a pee, could hold on for hours before the DC's. Can I start the exercises now and have them in decent shape by 7 months time? If I can't, I'm in trouble, dear god! I know I should have been a good girl and kept them up but I got lazy.
Anybody else want to join me on operation pelvic floor
