I'm due baby number 2 in October. I'm from Ireland where you just do an antenatal class (well it was like that in 2009 anyway)
I'm wondering should I do the NCT refresher course, I think it's just 3 meetings or the hypnobirthing class as I'm quite interested in it.
I already have a hypnobirthing book & CD (somewhere! Have just moved house do goodness knows where it is)
I feel I really would only like some guidance with breathing techniques.
Could anyone give me some opinions?
