As long as you don't put it on your belly it will be fine Smile My physio lady told me.to use one for my spd pain in my hips and lower back

I've always been told it's fine - it can't raise your core temperature enough to be a problem. I've used one for various things all the way through (32+5 now).

Yeah - it's completely different from (say) a sauna as you only apply it to one bit so it doesn't overheat the whole body. Like you could use a facial steamer or foot spa, but not sit in a steam room, according to most guidelines.
