feeling rough

today I feel like shite.. gut ache and feeling sick.

I've got a cramp pain in my lower abdomen and don't know why ,,,I'm roughly 5/6 weeks pregnant and I feel sick all the time any no y xx

You feel sick because you have morning sickness.
In all likelihood the cramps are where your muscles etc are stretching and things are moving, however if you are worried call your midwife and ask her advice.

There is a thread on discussions of the day about foods which can help with morning sickness, m ay be worth a look...

Yes, sounds like morning sickness to me (or in reality it should be called any-time-of-the-day-sickness)

If you're lucky like me, it should only last a few weeks and you'll be back to feeling more yourself again :)
