Just made a nice fruit smoothie as gone off tea and coffee, and thought I could do with some healthy stuff inside me. But I can feel it wanting to come back up, so nauseous, I don't want to be sick! Have no more healthy stuff in the house, what a waste!

I know that feeling and its horrible Easter Sad
I find sitting/lying down Sometimes makes it pass a bit. ..miss so many pre pregnancy treats due to sickness/heartburn!

I'm just sitting very still, had to turn off Sunday Kitchen as they were cooking black pudding. Want choc eggs and a cup of tea like everyone else Sad. Actually being sick is a relief, and the am I, aren't I that's horrible. Finding it hard to find anything to eat or drink in the mornings, even gone off toast. Crave carbs later in the day though.

I was sick as a dog weeks 6-10. Cleared up after that, apparently quite usual! Phew.

Been sick once since, stomach can't take deep fried food it seems.

I've been sick a lot in the past week, not every day, but one day was so much I thought it was a bug.

Oh god op, I feel your sickness pain! Have just stopped being sick at 20 weeks and if I'm honest, it was better being sick than the constant nausea.
I got to the point where, if I felt sick, I'd just go and heave until it came up. Then I felt loads better after. Horrible but helped.
Made a pad out of wadded up loo roll as I couldn't help but pee (if I didn't have time to pee before).
Also, make sure you've had something to drink at least or something easy to bring up. Soup, ice cream etc is easy on the throat. Chips and bread type, not so easy.

Awful, horrible thing is this sickness but you need to do whatever you need to get you through it.

Good luck and just try to drink as much as possible to prevent dehydration.

Gracie I am 8 weeks too and getting really nauseous as soon as I get up and in the evening. This morning I puked up bile. SO disgusting. All I can recommend is bland carbs - have been eating way too many salty potato chips & crisps and worried that I am going to end up huge!
