Pregnancy Symptoms Stopped at 8 weeks

Hi this is my first pregnancy after trying to conceive for a year and a half. Until now (8 weeks) I have had sore enlarged breats and lots of tiredness and needing to wee a lot. But I noticed today that I have none of that anymore. I went for an early ultrasound when I was seven weeks and they found the baby and the heartbeat and said everything was ok. But now I'm worried that the signs have gone so I'm going to miscarry. I haven't really had any nausea either.
any advice?

Try not to worry honey, I had the same, I seemed to be groping my boobs constantly when I was pg with my first and sometimes they didn't hurt, sometimes they were agony. Some people don't get any nausea which is lucky but not a sign that something is going wrong. If you are really concerned ring your midwife. As long as you aren't bleeding or cramping I would try not to worry too much. Hth.

Symptoms will change - some of my friends found that they were exhausted until about 8 weeks and fine after that. I wasn't tired at all until the end and I started being sick at about 10 weeks. Some of my friends were not sick at all. Everybody is different. I would try not to worry although I know that is hard to do. Every Mum worries but most babies are born perfectly healthily so it is far more likely than not that your baby will be absolutely fine. The hospital have checked you over and everything was as it should be and that is the best assurance you can get. I would just try to relax and enjoy planning for the arrival of your little one. Remember for many women, the second trimester is the best, when they feel happy and well and that is fast approaching. Good luck - hope all goes well.

Hi

Just wanted ti reasure you when pg with DD didnt hae any symtons after 7 weeks and like you panicked a bit went for a priate scan all was fine she'll be 2 in a few weeks and now with baby no 2 on the way havent had any symptons at all no nausea/sore boobs etc etc and had 19 week checkup yesterday and heartbeat strong so I know it hard but try noto think the worse and think how lucky you are and if you are really worried speak to DR/midwife or see if you can get another scan
Hope that helps xx

Try not to worry. I was fine until week 7, but had sore boobs, then nausea kicked in from weeks 7-9. Then it stopped, boobs felt less sore and I started worrying that loss of symptoms meant loss of baby - had no cramping or bleeding but was terrified of having a missed miscarriage. I didn't have any tiredness either.

Had first scan last week and there was bubs, kicking its little legs and its little heart beating away. Everything fine.

As has been said, every pregnancy is different so try not to worry. The first trimester will be up before you know it and then you can relax a bit more.

dont worry-im pg with no.5 now and as in the last 4 pgs ive only had symptoms from week 6-10.i was worried as i had spotting weeks 5-8,but i read that if u have an ultrasound that shows heartbeat between week 7+11 theres over 90% chance the prgnancy will continue to full term(i think it was on the babycentre website).this bit where u dont 'feel' pg anymore but its too early to feel the baby move is the most worrying imo,but it soon passes and u will see ur baby at ur 12wk scan and a few wks later will feel him/her moving.take care
