I will apologise now for this post as it involves TMI but I could just do with some advice!

I'm 38 weeks pregnant and around a month ago I discovered a lump on my bottom, it's right within towards my actual bum hole but not that close to it. It's been sore off and on and it felt like it was going down but today it feels angry!! It's a bit painful and sore to touch. Is it piles??? I have varicose veins on my labia but this lump on my bottom doesn't look purple or anything. Can anyone help or offer any advice?

Thanks in advance and apologies again for TMI!

Sounds like piles chuck. Internal piles are exactly that inside your arse lol but external piles appear like this sometimes. If your really worried go to your doc as if its not that it could just be a small cyst of some kind.

Thank you, do you reckon I can just put some cream on it rather than go docs?

It sounds like an external pile OP, especially as you have varicose veins on your labia. You can buy Anusol cream from the supermarket or get some Preparation H - both are good. In the meantime, have you got any sudocreme? I have used that on my piles and it has helped a bit.

I do have sudocreme, I'll get some of that on tonight. Thanks for the help guys x
