We've been trying only two months. I had ewcm after ovulation tinged with blood. The next day I had sharp pains lower right abdominal area and thought/hoped it was implantation. The next day my period came on for 3 days (much shorter than normal). Two POAS's came back negative. Then the sharp pain came back and has remained for the past 4 days.
Could it have been too early to test? I came on when expected.
I'm concerned what this pain could be.
