Braxton hicks

I'm 20 + 3 with DC1 and for the last few days I think I've been getting braxton hicks. My bump goes rock hard, not for long though and it's not too uncomfortable. It happens quite a few times a day.

Is this normal? At what point in pregnancy did you start getting braxton hicks?

Sounds normal, I got them startlingly regular from 20 weeks.

I found they were worse if I was on my feet or dehydrated, so you could take them as a sign to take it easy!
