It might be some days, but other days it's going to make you feel so thankful to be blessed with 2 children :)

It will be fine, very lovely at times and you'll be really tired at times too.

Do you get your shopping delivered already? in a crisis I get a next day delivery from Ocardo (chocolate, nappies, baby stuff...), it's a bit of a sanity saver.

Seriously, enjoy this time. Your new baby won't be tiny for very long, embrace it.

I'll panic with you - I'm pregnant with DC1 and today the cot, pram and car seat all arrived. It felt very scarily real all of a sudden! :) But we'll be fiiiiiine

Some days it will seem like a slog. But other days they'll nap like angels and you'll feel so happy.
Your eldest will seem suddenly twice as grownup as you think them now.

I think sudden panic is due to over zen approach up until now. just assumed I know what I'm doing this time so all will be fine & baby will just fit in!!!

I found it far easier having a two year old and a newborn than having either (i) my first baby (knew basically what I was doing the second time ); or (ii) being heavily pregnant with a toddler.

It'll be fine. Honestly. Just aim for everyone fed and no one injured and everything else is a bonus.
