Please has anyone got any insomnia tips! I am 33 weeks and for the past few nights has had terrible insomnia! I go to bed and sometimes nod off for about an hour then wake up and I'm wide awake then til 3/4 am! Some nights I just can't nod off so end up sat on iPad for hours! I am so knackered in the day tho and feel like crap!! Plus it's not just being awake that's getting to me it's the restless legs/arms making me so irritable!!!!!!
