Any advice to quickly boost my immune system before section on Tuesday?? Dd has tonsillitis and a cold and I'm definitely on the brink of it, throat is very scratchy.

Can I have berocca or similar?

Yes, you can have berocca (well, I couldn't find anything telling me not to). I felt similar a week before my section and had berocca and paracetamol and really really took it easy for a couple of days and felt fine very quickly. I was terrified of having a cold and needing to sneeze!

Cool thanks. I've stocked up on berocca, honey, lemons, linctus syrup and a throat spray. Be gone germs and fast!!
