i don't want to put a dampener on things and hope you are pregnant but your body can hold onto the pregnancy hormone after a MC for quite a while. I was still testing positive 6 weeks after a MC and wasn't pregnant again. The only way you will know for sure is to have blood tests or wait a few more weeks and go for a scan. Hope this helps.

Are you definitely pregnant? I'm just sure how long hcg levels stay up after a mc? Hope you're ok x

I had a miscarriage on 5th Jan, bleeding stopped on 10th Jan. On 4th Feb, I did another HPT and it was positive. The MW dated my pregnancy from the last day of bleeding from my MC. Just had my 12week scan and found out I'm 13+1 and all is looking well! I thought I was closer to 11weeks based on when I figured I ovulated and when OH and I DTD, but clearly I was wrong!

Good luck OP!

You'll probably need to see your GP to discuss it and see what they think. I'd push for an early scan.

I'm another person who was still testing positive 6 weeks after a miscarriage. It can take a long time for hcg to clear your system, even after bleeding has stopped.

Fingers crossed its good news for you.

You need to talk to GP and likely you will have an early scan to confirm. My friend rang EPU direct and they got her in for a scan as there was hardly anytime between the pgs, as it was she must have ovulated about a week after her loss!

I guess you could be anything from 4 weeks but I definitely agree, you need to see your GP. I had an early scan after I mc.
