Diarrhoea in 3rd trimester

I'm 33 weeks and last night and this morning have diarrhoea (sorry!). Should i be concerned at all? My bump also seems to be measuring 1cm too big!

If you are worried speak to your midwife. When I was 36 weeks pregnant our house got flooded and I caught a diarrhoea and vomiting bug. Was awful. My midwife said all was ok but it was good to check with her and I felt reassured.
