I'm 20 weeks pg with 2nd baby and all I want to eat is crisps and chocolate!!
I did this when I was pg with ds and I put on nearly 4 stone and gained a spare tyre around my middle! I managed to lose most of this weight before getting pg again (although the spare tyre remains!!). I promised myself that this time around I would eat sensibly but now that I'm in this condition I just can't seem to help myself.
I really don't want to battle with an excessive weight gain after I've had this lo as my size really got me down after I had my ds and I don't want to go through that again. Not only that but this baby needs some nutrients. I'm guessing that people are just going to tell me not to be such a greedy cow but I'll be glad to hear from anyone who does have any real advice or can share a similar experience so I don't feel so alone!...
