My hips are so achey I can barely sleep on them, when I get up in the night for a wee I can't even walk I just have to shuffle painfully along. It's started hurting a lot during the day all around my hips and lower back, mostly if I've been stood up or moving around a lot. It just feels like my back is going to break :( can't decide if it's just general pregnancy pains or not, I don't remember feeling like this with DC1.

Poor thing, sorry Roseberry. I really don't know if it's SPD (I suffer with similar symptoms and my physio just says it's general pelvic pain) - suggest you ask for a physio referral from MW/GP as mine has helped me.
