Headaches at 16 weeks

For a week now I've had quite bad headaches and paracetamol doesn't even seem to help much. I don't have any visual disturbances and I know my blood pressure is fine (even on the lowish side) as I only had it taken yesterday. Anyone else suffering more than usual?

I probably wouldn't mind so much if I didn't have a 2.9 and 4.5 yr old boys to look after :(

Hello! Just wanted to share your pain really, I'm just over 15 weeks now and the headaches have been horrible! I have found that 4head stuff quite helpful, as well as getting DP to massage my head & shoulders...Lucky for me I don't have any other kids to run round after yet so I can only imagine how hard that must be! Hope you feel better very soon :)

Hi! I literally could have written this post my heads only just getting better 1 week and a day later, I started using 4head as it's safe to use when pg, and I spent 24 hours in the dark, with no tv or phone dozing constantly and only being woken for food! I know you can't do that bit but it seemed to work! I hope u start to feel better soon
