Hi there need help I'm totally confused. My hubby and I bought the silver cross freeway linear car seat and pram. A few month ago. We have a car each and decided for hubby's car to get an ISO fix base. My car doesn't have the isofix.

The silver cross bases are 130 plus in cost. I found another brands ranging from £80 to 110 but does it have to be compatible brands. I don't want to go in to shop tomorrow and them try to sell me the most expensive when they all do the same job any advice much appreciated

If you have silvercross car seat fairly sure you need a silvercross base. They don't seem to be compatible across brands sorry that's probably not what you wanted to hear...

I think you need the compatible base for the car seat you have purchased. That is likely to be silver cross. For example, I have a maxi cosi pebble and a maxi cosi isofix base. I wouldn't be able to use a silver cross iyswim.

Yeah I did think it wouldn't be possible, not to worry will have to get the silver cross base :) thanks

Make sure the base also fits your car as not all cars are compatible with every base!!
