hi quyz all new to this...im 9weeks pregnant and scan showed a partial molar pregnancy along with fibroids.Ive tried searching for more deeper info but nothing im hoping someone can help me??...could it be cancerous?...just abit scared

Hi :( Sorry to hear this, it's such awful and scary news.

There's a thread on the miscarriage board where you'll be able to get support.
With a partial molar, the risk of anything cancerous is very low (about 2%), even the risk of needing precautionary chemo shots is very low (5%). In most cases - 90%+ - you are given the all clear to TTC within 6 months. It is a tough time with many blood tests, but most women go on to me just fine.
I had mine this time last year: currently 17 weeks with a normal pregnancy.
