cramps and pain at 22 DPO - normal or not?

I got my BFP at 10dpo and am now 22dpo.

I have been feeling sick but not actually thrown up and extremely bloated (have been deflatine which has helped) and very tired. I've also got lots of crampy pains which are made worse after a 'Number 2'.

This has been going on since I took the test - it's actually what prompted me to do the early test.

Is this cramping normal??

I'm going to doctors this Friday and am terrified he's going to say it's ectopic or something hideous. But at the same time I'm harbouring a secret hope there might be two in there....
