Just got my appointment through for physio

Bit if a vain question but what should I wear it sounds like a group session.

Also does anyone know what I should expect?

Sorry I get anxious going somewhere for the first time by myself Blush

Wear something comfy, yoga/jogging style bottoms and comfy vest/t-shirt.

My physio was one on one, they asked a lot of questions about lifestyle (example being do you sit at a desk all day or run about after a toddler) and help you find ways to manage tasks you do, as in correct lifting posture/position. They will probably feel your back and hips and could strap your back and/or give you a support belt.

Good luck, spd is horrible.

Really hoping this makes a difference my job is stood up got 10 weeks left at work and have a toddler to run after when I'm off work so not good for SPD

No need to especially get yoga bottoms but they are bloody comfy I really feel your pain, I had it bad while pregnant with DD and trying to run after 2yo DS. Good news was it went within a week or so after having DD.
