Here's a question for those of you who use hypnobirthing or natal hypnotherapy. I am 40wks and have been listening to the cd regularly since 32 weeks - am now trying to for it in daily. But I'm finding it harder and harder to relax, not easier - because I can't get comfortable! Lying on my left side I striggle with the deep breathing, I have tried sitting propped up in bed with a load of pillows, sort of lying back, but that makes me feel nauseous and/or can't get the deep breaths in. Am beginning to worry that I'm not getting the full benefit as I keep havin to move around to get comfy and I'm always conscious that I'm not fully engaging with the cd.
Any tips?
