period type aches at 14 weeks?

Hi im 14 weeks and every now and then I get period type aches, not painful at all just dull aches.
Not sure if its just my baby growing? Everything seemed to fine at my scan a strong heartbeat ect.
Was just wondering if anyone has experienced anything like this?

I had it the same on and off through first and early second tri. Think it's just body stretch to accolade for growing bub, if your concerned ring midwife but I'm sure it's ok,

Sorry bloody phone, it think it's our bodies stretching to accommodate for baby

With DD1 I felt like my period was starting for weeks, sometimes it was backache others crampy twinges but was obviously just everything stretching and moving.

Relax and curl up with a hot water bottle.
