Can you hear the heartbeat at 11 weeks?

I'm due at the hospital for a clexane appointment this morning. I'm 11 weeks today and was wondering, well hoping if it was worth asking to hear the baby,s heartbeat? Would be a nice reassurance as not due my scan till 13 weeks!

Not via doppler but if they have any kind of scanner yes.

Yes via a scan, heard mine at 6 weeks

When I had my dating scan, LO was 11 weeks. Was told we shouldn't really be allowed to hear the heartbeat, but sonographer let us.

I had a private scan at 8 weeks and we heard and saw the heartbeat without having to ask.

He couldn't find it with the Doppler so he scanned me instead! Even better! Lovely little heartbeat beating away! Thanks all. :-)
