Can anyone recommend a good Pregnancy Yoga DVD?

I've been to a couple of classes but I'm having a break from it for quite a few weeks because of other commitments. I'd like to keep it up at home so I feel like I'm still preparing for the birth and building my strength (gym attendance has gone a bit out the window!). I haven't done any other yoga at all, so need something beginner-friendly, and preferably something that isn't really long otherwise I know I won't do it!

Thanks in advance Smile

I can't recommend a DVD but have you had a look on YouTube?

There's absolutely tons of videos on there from 5mins to 1h and you can have a bit of variety if you get bored or don't like the style.

I know it's Pilates but I enjoyed this one. It's by a nice normal Irish lady not a scary supermodel Grin

Thanks, hadn't thought of YouTube, even better if I don't have to spend any money!

Hi, I like yoga for me and my baby, you can get on amazon. The actual workout is 40 mins but the whole DVD is about 60 mins with breathing and other exercises you can do if you want. Simple enough for beginners and really helps with back ache. I was working full time with a toddler and 40 mins is about the max time I could find, I do this with the prenatal Pilates 10 min solutions DVD - great for days when 40 min not possible.

Try Tara Lee. You might find some of the postures a bit challenging if you're a beginner but it feels like you're really working out and it's one of the highest rated on Amazon:-)
