I had it until 16 weeks. You have my utmost sympathy, it's miserable.

With DD DC1 I was sick from about 7 weeks until 24 weeks then it started again at 32 weeks until she was born.
It was really weird though I felt fine just ate and was sick about 10 mins afterwards, every single meal except apples or celery. I lost loads of weight.

With DS2 I felt sick the whole 9 months everything made me feel sick smells, the look of food, the thought of food. I had loads of time off work because of it, it as awful.

12 weeks isn't the cut off point... It ends around that time for most but not all. I had it until 25 weeks...

Mine ended at 15 weeks about the time the placenta takes over feeding the baby, hopefully yours will stop then. Keep strong it's a hard slog :)

I've been house/bed bound since 8 weeks with all day nausea and vomiting. Been admitted to hospital Etc...etc...

I'm now 15w and just starting to see a glimmer of hope, symptoms are slowly improving.

I felt similar to you re. Meds, but I cracked at around 12 weeks, and they really do help. Now I feel a bit daft for not taking them sooner.

Boop33 · 24/03/2014 09:59

thanks .I am hoping that the meds will work too as I have been pretty much house bound for weeks! It is driving me insane and hoping that i will be able to get out more at least when i get them !

xx
