Yes best investment you'll make lol I'm scared to even laugh cough or sneeze. I'm more serous these days lol

But they're so hard to remember to do! Feel like I should get a little 'clench' tattoo on my hand.

How far gone are you?

I was 21 weeks when I sneezed and wet myself whilst making a cup of tea.

4 weeks later it hasn't happened again yet

26 weeks with my 2nd child, previous vaginal delivery which has loosened things up a bit to be fair. And I'm getting over a horrendous coldy cough :( think I've just run out of energy to prepare myself when I feel a cough coming.

There are apps you can get to remind you. A nice little NHS recommended one is called Squeezy in the app store (think it's only iPhone at the moment)

I had this terribly with DD2 when I had a very deep cough. I even thought my waters had broke. The MW was very careful when she told me I had actually wet myself.

Now 34 weeks with number 3 and not a hint of leakage so I blame the cold and not your pelvic floor

I m 34 weeks and its been happening even though I have been religiously been squeezing my pelvic ( doing them now)

I'm only 16 weeks and have been peeing myself whenever I'm sick so all the time basically but I'm putting it down to violent vomiting and not a crap pelvic floor.

I'm in total denial about it actually
