Baby in painful position!

I'm 33 weeks and am suddenly in agony i think because of baby's position. Does anyone know if there is anything a midwife can do at this stage in terms of moving the baby to make the pain go away! I can't get hold of my midwife at the moment so any advice in the meantime would be appreciated. Thanks

Have you got a gym ball op? maybe try hoovering the stairs if you can manage it as the position of being on all 4 ' s helps to move baby. I'm 39+4 weeks and baby was back to back when checked on Tuesday. feels like she has moved now though from all the house work I have done today.

My baby went transverse at around 30 weeks, it bloody hurt! This helped.
