Hypnobirthing book/CD recommendation

Hi, I'm having terrible trouble sleeping (am currently 19+1 pg) and I'm wondering whether a hypnobirthing CD might help me relax, never mind all the other potential benefits during labour etc.

Can anyone recommend a good book/CD as i don't really want to shell out for classes? I've heard about the Mongan Method but people seem a bit split as to whether it's good or not.

Thanks all.

Im using the Maggie Howell Effective birth preparation one, the sleep track has really helped me!

There is a free online hypnobirthing audio that I found. It's only got 2tracks and is probably rubbish compared the real thing but I found it really helpful (and am skint!)
I won't link it as I'm not sure how but if you google "hypno birthing streaming audio community" it's there.
