HI All,
i'm 15 weeks and for the last few days i've just not felt very pregnant. it is really weird.
i'm hoping in a positive way as my sickness has gone and my levels of tiredness are not as extreme, and i don't feel like bursting into tears the whole time (mostly!) but i just feel rather fat as i've not got a 'proper' bump.
is this normal? if it is then i'm happy about that and hope it lasts a while!! i've heard that in the 2nd T things can get better than the first (hope so!!), but it is just so odd, especially as now people know and want to talk about it!!!
i can't wait for the 20 week scan as will feel more real then (and i might actually start thinking about what i need to do about things!!!)
hope you are all well!

Hey! I felt EXACTLY the same at that point!! That sick feeling has died so it's that odd in between stage before you start getting bigger! Make the most of it, it doesn't last long!! I'm 21 weeks now and feeling very pregnant!! It just comes out of nowhere! Enjoy and good luck :-)

I'm 15 weeks too and I could have written your post. I had awful nausea, sickness amd exhaustion until 13 weeks and now I feel completely fine almost.

I know it's common to feel better in secons trimester but for me it's just worrying because I had a mmc last yearSad I just want to see my baby again, 5 weeks seems so far away.

I'm so glad you wrote this OP - feeling exactly the same at 14 weeks. I wish there was another kind of pregnancy test where you could poas and it would tell you how things are progressing Grin

I think it's all a bit weird and theoretical until you have a bump-shaped bump and feel kicks.

eurochick · 20/03/2014 11:30

The wait from 12 to 20 weeks is a strange time. Your symptoms disappear, you don't have much in the way of a bump (in most cases) and you can't feel movements. I just had my 16 week mw check and got to hear the heartbeat, which helped a lot to see me through the 8 weeks.

squizita · 20/03/2014 11:39

Yes this is exactly the same for me.

Had previous losses (all earlier than this) so utterly terrified something has gone wrong. So glad it seems this is kind of common!!!

I am constipated as anything though. S'pose it's a symptom of sorts!!

Heatherbell1978 · 20/03/2014 22:08

I was exactly the same. Nausea stopped about week 13 and still had no bump. I'm now 19 weeks and had a bit of a bump growth spurt last week which has brought with it a lot of tiredness so I defo feel more pregnant now!

Lozmatoz · 21/03/2014 08:03

I'm 13 weeks and counting down to 15 weeks as that's when I felt 'normal' with DS. Just enjoy this bit!

Hi - that's a relief! i thought i was going mad! now, at nearly 18 weeks i feel the same, lots more energy thank god and a proper beer belly over my jeans but no bump in sight. i had a beer belly before!! still i'm trying to think that once a bump does come i'll be wishing for the day i can (just about) bend over.
i can't wait to see the bambino/a again at 20 weeks to convince myself there is something in there! i'm just starting to feel little bubbles/flutters, though it could easily be wind...! OH will be there this time too so will be lovely!
congratulations all - i'm sure we will all have splendid bumps soon!
