is it ok to use arometherpy bath oils, ie jasmine???

i am 31 weeks and just read something about jasmine being avoided. is it ok to use in the bath? it smells so nice!!!

No!! unless you're ready to pop!

Jasmine works as wsll as clary sage to get contractions going so best avoided for a few weeks yet.

its just a bubble bath with arometherepy oils added to infuse the senses and skin, thats what it says not my words!

in that case, I'd go ahead and soak, there's probably not enough essential oil in it to do any harm. Enjoy!
